Located in Albany, this development aimed to accommodate 48 units and a café on a confined site with narrow road frontage.
The WMZA solution maximised the northerly aspect of the site while mitigating any sense of constricted space with a simple internal circulation system for people and vehicles.
People-oriented activities were positioned at the front of the site and the more industrial activities were located at the rear. Care was taken with landscaping and lighting to provide the right balance between privacy and security for owners.
