This elevated corner site had a good street profile and dual frontage, but also provided challenges in the form of steep gradients and difficult access for traffic from busy Oteha Valley Road.
The WMZA solution incorporated façade articulation to provide maximum glazed shopfront frontage to the two roads. The road-facing car park was positioned with a retail offering along the periphery.
The end result is a compact but spacious development that serves the needs of retailers and customers alike.
